Co-protagonist
Jason Duval
“Sometimes the only way out of a bad situation is to take a chance.”
An ex-military drifter from upstate Liberty, Jason ended up in the Florida Keys running low-level work for a local outfit. Cool under pressure, casual with a pistol, more comfortable on a boat than in a boardroom.
He met Lucia inside, and getting out together meant tying their lives to each other — and to a string of robberies that escalates fast.
